The first step is a username…
· Already a user? Enter the username you chose when you registered
· Not yet a user? Choose “Enroll Here” and follow the steps for access (an email address is required on the account you are registering)
· If you do not remember your username, choose “Forgot Username”
The next step is your password…
· Enter the password you chose when you registered
· If you do not remember your password, choose “Forgot Password” – a verification code will be prompted (via text or email) in order to reset your password
· If you are on a private computer or device, you can choose “Remember Me” to save your username
· When you are enrolling, you can register your device to save it as a known/trusted device
· Device verification prompts may be initiated by a re-installed app, device operating system update, browser type/IP address, and by deleting cookies
· Manage your saved device profiles in Settings>Security
· For your protection, online access will become inactive after 6 mos. with zero log-ins (re-enrollment will be required.)
